Mr Middlemas is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He worked for a large international Chartered Accounting firm before joining the Normandy Mining Group where he was a senior group executive for approximately 10 years. He has had extensive corporate and management experience and is currently a director with a number of publicly listed companies in the resources sector.
Mr Stoikovich is a Mining Engineer and former investment banker. He has over 20 years of experience in the resources sector having worked earlier in his career with mining companies BHP Billiton and Lonmin, followed by holding senior positions within the investment banking sector in London. He is currently also Chairman of Sovereign Metals Limited. Mr Stoikovich is a registered Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv).
Mr Pearce is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a director of several listed companies that operate in the resources sector. He has had considerable experience in the formation and development of listed resource companies and has worked for several large international Chartered Accounting firms. Mr Pearce is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Mr Hemming is a highly experienced Exploration Geologist. He is a senior resource geologist at private equity fund CD Capital and brings over 40 years of experience in exploration and as a mining executive of public companies. Mr Hemming has been involved in all aspects of discovering projects and taking them from detailed exploration and through feasibility study.
Mr Browne is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary who is currently a Company Secretary of a number of ASX and UK listed companies that operate in the resources sector. He commenced his career at a large international accounting firm and has since been involved with a number of listed companies that operate in the resources sector including Papillon Resources Limited and Sovereign Metals Limited.

Mr Kersey is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience providing financial and advisory services to the mining industry covering debt, equity and offtake financings for mine developments as well as a variety of other corporate transactions. Previously, Mr Kersey was a Managing Director within the investment banking sector in London and has held roles at a number of investment banks and advisory firms including BMO Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank and PwC.
Mr Ghai is a Chartered Accountant and former seasoned investment banker. He has extensive experience in the financing on mining companies and has raised over US$1Bn of both equity and debt funding for advancing and developing numerous mining projects globally and across a range of commodities.
Mr Chojna holds a Master of Law degree. Mr Chojna has advised multinational companies from various sectors on acquisitions and development within the CEE market. He has 10 years of experience in the resources sector, including; company formation, project acquisition, due diligence, exploration programmes, technical studies, ESIA and project permitting. Mr Chojna has been responsible for management and coordination of GreenX Metals local legal teams, and held positions on the boards of GRX subsidiaries.
Prof. Dr Gregor Borg is an Economic Geologist and Petrologist with over 30 years of academic and industry experience. He is Emeritus Professor at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany, and has served as consultant to numerous international clients across the exploration and mineral processing sectors. He was a board member of Deutsche Rohstoff AG for 10 years and has published extensively on precious, base, rare earth, and battery metals. He is a recognised specialist on the European Kupferschiefer and comparable deposits worldwide.
