Annual General Meeting
The AGM is a meeting of shareholders and directors of GreenX Metals Limited. It is held once a year, usually in November.
The AGM allows shareholders to ask the Board questions and make any comments on issues such as management of the company as well as vote on important issues such as the election of directors.
The Notice of Meeting for this year’s AGM will be posted to all shareholders approximately 6-8 weeks before the meeting.
